Spotted Moray Eel, Gymnothorax moringas

Taken in Cozumel with a Sea and Sea DX3000, using a YS-90 slave strobe.
This moray was disturbed from its resting place under a coral head by a Splendid Toadfish.
Most common moray in the Caribbean. Grows to 3 m long and lives on rocky and coral reefs.
