Essential Travel offer some great deals for SCUBA divers from the UK. They have three grades of cover:
Grade 3 covers any number of dives to a depth of 50 metres if either appropriately qualified (eg BSAC Dive Leader) or diving with a qualified instructor. It currently costs just £13.49 for one week's diving in Europe or the Egyptian Red Sea.
For diving no deeper than 30 metres, choose Grade 2 cover at just £10.50.
Grade 1 is suitable if you are only planning to do a couple of shallow dives. It covers three dives down to 20 metres for just £7.50.
