The result of demand for shark fins for soup, finning, tcauses the death of tens of millions of sharks. The result in many areas has been a downward spiral of reduced shark populations. http://www.wildaid.org/ BASKING SHARK PETITION Another petition, this time to secure CITES listing for the Basking shark, is being organised by the Shark Trust. To sign visit http://www.sharktrust.org/ SALTY SEA SPRAY CURES POLLUTION Researchers have found being that sea spray helps wash pollution from the air.
