"I went to Dahab and stayed at Blue Beach Club Hotel which was amazing and has its own dive centre. However i got my open water PADI at Nesima dive centre with Gamal as my instructer. I would highly recommend this centre as the staff were all friendly and polite while enjoying their jobs. They have there own fresh water swimming pool which is unusual in Dahab, where you learn all the skills you need to go out into the Red Sea. When you are ready the dive instructors take you to some of the most beautiful dive sites in Dahab such as the Blue Hole, the Lighthouse (right in the middle of the main sea front) and of course the spectacular eel garden. I seriously urge you to go to Dahab and try the diving: it will blow your mind and I promise you once you've gone once you will want to go back again and again. "

"I would like to recommend the travel company Dive Sharm for organising our diving holiday in Dahab. We found them to be much better than some of our previous experiences with Regal diving or Longwood holidays. It was simply great and worth every penny. I believe they should be giving a mention on your website because your customers would have more choice. "

"African Divers Nuweiba is a new diving centre, having openned in 2005. They teach both PADI and TDI courses, and offer daily diving on over 20 beautiful dive sites close to their location. The owners / managers, Daniel and Sarah are very friendly, professional and experienced, and were at first hand experience both excellent guides and instructors. Their Divemasters and other staff are highly trained, funny and excellent to dive and learn with. I was impressed with the emphasis they placed on the safety and enjoyment of their guests at all times. They also have a full range of Mares dive equipment for rental or to buy, which I found easy to use and in excellent condition. The diving in Nuweiba was more beautiful than I had imagined when I booked my holiday. The coral was both varied and unbroken, and I saw more marine life than in my previous holidays to Sharm el Sheikh and Hurghada. I was fortunate enough to see numerous octopus, turtles, nudibranches and even a pair of pegasus on one dive. On a night dive I saw a huge (1.5m) leopard ray. Their pricing is fair and cheap (you pay 200 Euro for a 5 day diving package), and excellent value for the service provided. I had a suite in the Swisscare Hotel, which was excellent value for money and a wonderful experience. I will definately be returning as soon as I can book more time off of work! "
Christian Vohl, Germany

"I was welcomed at the diving center by the owners Sarah and Daniel, who were extremely friendly, cool, and excellent divers! The center was clean and spacious, with its own Nitrox and Trimix filling station and technical diving equipment. The bounty of rental equipment was new and well-maintained.
I was able to do 5 days of diving for under $250 - with unlimited dive time and with incredibly competent guides. I was surprised and delighted to be the only dive group in the water at the many pristine and fantastic reefs around Nuweiba. The service was personal and diving can be geared towards any level of diver.
I am positive that I will be diving with ADN again! and soon! I can't wait to begin technical dive training on my next holiday.
This is the best diving center I've ever dived with. At the end of my trip, I felt like I had made some real friends and had the experience of a lifetime.

Accommodation

"Dahab: Try Ali's, next to police station. Around 15 euro per night for balcony room (2 beds so bring a friend and share cost), proprietor and local people friendly, rooms pretty basic, but that really doesn't matter. Sitting on a balcony overlooking a red sea sunset to the sound of evening prayer. Lovely! Bring mosquito net and spray though! "
Gordon

"Nuweiba: Stayed in the Swisscare hotel in a magnificent suite, with excellent facilities and delicious food. Cheaper than a room in the other hotels in the area, and wonderful experience. "
Christian Vohl, 2006
