SCUBA Diving Destinations: Asia and the Pacific
29 April 2020
No other place on Earth is as rich and varied in marine life as the "Coral Triangle", which part of the Asia and the Indo-Pacific region. It covers Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands and Timor Leste.
As well as great marine life, the Indo-Pacific boasts many wrecks. Some areas, such as much of Australia's Great Barrier Reef, are currently affected by coral bleaching - but other reefs are in really good condition.
We regularly add new areas to the SCUBA Travel site. If you want to be notified of updates to the site, along with other SCUBA diving news and discussion, please subscribe to our newsletter: SCUBA News (ISSN 1476-8011).
